Life can be overwhelming. The constant pressure to keep up at home, at work, or in relationships can leave you feeling anxious, exhausted, and stuck.

Modern life asks a lot of us, and the weight of expectations (both internal and external), can feel relentless. If you’re someone who gives 110%, avoids letting others down (even at your own expense), puts intense pressure on yourself, and wrestles with self-criticism, I see you.

Growth often means stepping into discomfort. But please remember: you can do hard things. Whether you’re facing a difficult relationship decision, feeling burned out at work, stuck in worry cycles, or navigating a major life transition, you don’t have to do it alone.

Since starting my private practice, I’ve led over 5,000 client sessions. Together, we can uncover what’s holding you back and work toward meaningful, actionable change.

  • I provide a supportive, collaborative space where empathy, active listening, and reflection guide our work. Together, we’ll address life stressors, relationship challenges, thought patterns, and build healthy boundaries and coping skills through curiosity, compassion, and practical tools.

    Our sessions are interactive and tailored to you, using techniques like role-playing, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strength-based, relational, and trauma-informed approach focused on your unique goals and pace.

    I meet with clients Monday - Wednesday. Unfortunately, I’m not working with couples at this time.
