Juggling the multiple roles of modern life can be exhausting. You want more from a relationship, but struggle to communicate your needs. You feel stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, creating uneasy feelings of stress and avoidance. As your energy drains, you feel distant from the true self you once knew. You're uncertain of where to find support, but I'm here to help. As your therapist, we will explore the interconnections of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together we will develop active solutions to life's challenges, while strengthening your inner resiliency.

I bring active listening, emotional support and reflection as we discuss topics ranging from life stressors, relationship patterns, cognitive (thought) work, boundary setting and healthy coping strategies. In-vivo teaching and role-playing of skills will be offered, along with psychoeducation and mindfulness training. My primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and our work will be strength-based, relational and trauma informed.
